ABOUT THE PROJECT
OUTRÉ is an innovative medical center with a team of highly qualified specialists in the fields of medicine and cosmetology. Our mission is to provide advanced medical services and an individualized approach to each patient.
TASK FOR THE AGENCY

The main task for the agency was to develop and implement a comprehensive solution for updating the OUTRÉ clinic’s website, with a focus on improving user experience, enhancing navigation, and optimizing business processes.

Through the analysis of the existing resource and the implementation of new technological solutions, we aimed to create a platform that not only meets modern requirements but also contributes to increasing conversion rates and improving client interaction.

The updated website was designed to become a key tool for attracting new patients, providing them with comprehensive information, simplifying the appointment booking process, and enabling easy payment for services without any hassle.

THE RESULT OF OUR WORK

Over the course of six months, we worked on the implementation of the project and created a completely new website for the OUTRÉ clinic.

We successfully implemented a number of important updates and improvements that significantly enhanced the user experience and the website’s performance.

Here are the solutions that were implemented:

1. Analysis and improvement of the website structure
A comprehensive analysis of the current website was conducted, resulting in the development of a new, user-friendly, and intuitive structure. Each section was optimized for quick access to necessary information, allowing users to easily find the services and data they need.

2. Optimization of content structure
The content structure was designed in a way that ensures each block and page fully meets user needs. Information about doctors, services, prices, and promotions is logically organized and easy to understand.

3. Improvement of content and copywriting
The text content was redesigned, including updates to the sections with descriptions of services, doctors, prices, and patient reviews. The texts became clearer, more informative, and user-oriented, helping to build trust in the clinic.

4. Design update
The website design was fully updated according to modern standards. An adaptive design was implemented, ensuring easy viewing on mobile devices and tablets. The new visual concept aligns with the clinic’s brand and creates a positive impression for users.

5. Interactive check-up comparison block
A block was created that provides a comparative description of various medical check-ups. Patients can now easily compare services based on key parameters, helping them to quickly choose the right screening package.

6. Structuring doctor profiles
Each doctor on the website now has a separate profile detailing their specialization, work experience, qualifications, education, and certifications. This block allows patients to familiarize themselves with the doctor’s professionalism before making an appointment.

7. Development of a service selection and cart feature
A section was created that allows users to conveniently choose medical services (over 1500 items were processed, including check-ups, consultations, and tests) and add them to the cart. Thanks to this, patients can place orders directly through the website, significantly simplifying the process.

8. Implementation of payment systems
Secure and convenient payment solutions were implemented, allowing patients to pay for services via credit cards and other popular payment systems. This greatly enhanced the convenience and accessibility of the clinic’s services for users.

9. Special offers and promotions
A new block for current special offers, promotions, and discounts on clinic services was added to the homepage. This allows patients to quickly find out about discounts on check-ups, consultations, and other medical services.

10. Improved access to important information
The structure of the homepage was updated, enabling patients to quickly find the most popular services, relevant check-ups, and doctor specialties. This enhances navigation convenience and reduces the time spent searching for necessary information.

11. Dynamic content
Automatic updates for banners and informational blocks about clinic news and promotions were implemented. This allows for regular content updates without requiring administrator intervention, ensuring that information remains current in real-time.
