Industry has always been and remains the foundation of economic growth.
In the current context of global market transformation, manufacturing is capable of ensuring sustainable development, innovation, and the country’s competitiveness. That is why returning to the theme of the Industrial Forum in 2025 is not only timely but also a strategically important step.

The forum was first held in 2021 and became a significant event focusing on manufacturing and economic development. In 2025, it made a symbolic, relevant, and landmark return. This new beginning was meant to be memorable not only in content but also in presentation.

The organizer of the forum is the Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF) — a platform that unites business leaders, government officials, and experts to discuss strategic directions for the country’s development.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

As a creative agency that shares the values of industrial development, we took the initiative to create an updated concept for the forum in order to emphasize the strategic role of manufacturing in the modern economy. We developed both the visual and content foundations that correspond to the significance of the event and the challenges of our time.

At the core of the concept, we placed the idea of the importance of manufacturing in our country’s economy.

The forum’s visual language highlights key aspects of industrial development and transformation, symbolizing manufacturing as a mechanism that “switches on” economic growth.
The main design idea is the use of the words IN and ON, creating a dynamic association with Industry and the activation of economic processes. This concept is expressed through typography, color scheme, and graphic elements.

SLOGAN

We proposed replacing the forum’s slogan “THE PATH TO A STRONG ECONOMY” with a new one — “MANUFACTURING SWITCHES ON THE ECONOMY.” The previous slogan was rather general and abstract: it hinted at development but did not specify the concrete mechanism leading to that result. It also lacked a call to action and did not reflect the key message of the event.

The new slogan, “MANUFACTURING SWITCHES ON THE ECONOMY,” clearly emphasizes the forum’s main idea — manufacturing as the primary driver of the country’s economic development, highlighting the active role of this sector in shaping economic growth.

DESIGN AND VISUAL CONCEPT

The core design idea was based on the use of the words IN and ON, which created a dynamic association with:

– INdustry – industry as the foundation of economic development,

– INnovation – innovation as the main driver of manufacturing transformation,

– INvestment – investments supporting modernization,

– ON – symbolizing the activation of economic processes through the development of manufacturing.

This concept was reflected in typography, color scheme, and graphic elements that made the forum’s visual language recognizable, clear, and dynamic.

The color palette included:

– Blue — symbolizing industry, stability, technology, and development; used to convey seriousness, trust, and the intellectual potential of the manufacturing sector,

– Orange — symbolizing energy, activity, change, and initiation; it emphasized the need to move forward and reflected a proactive approach to the development of the manufacturing economy.

WEBSITE AND FORUM PRESENTATION UPDATE

One of the key stages following the development of the updated forum concept was the creation of the website design and presentation materials for partners. Our agency team took full responsibility for the process — from structuring the content to crafting visual solutions that aligned with the overall idea and aesthetics of the forum.

The website served not only as an informational platform but also as a vital component of the event’s visual identity. The partner presentation became an effective communication tool, clearly conveying the forum’s values, goals, and scale.

COLLABORATION OUTCOME

Updating the forum’s content concept and creating a refreshed visual style were key steps in strengthening the event’s identity. The new concept clearly reflects the strategic role of manufacturing as a driver of economic development, while the visual solutions ensure clear, dynamic, and recognizable communication with the audience.

This approach not only revitalizes the forum’s message but also creates a platform for further development and the engagement of new participants and partners.
